ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Scott — or Tuttopassa if you go by my artist name.
I’m a tattoo artist based in Oxford, where I was born and raised; though I’ve got half-Italian roots, which is where 'Tutto Passa' comes from. It means 'everything passes', a nod to the idea that tattoos can be both timeless and deeply personal.
I’ve been tattooing since 2012 and work from the TTH Collective studio, just outside Oxford city centre.
I work with a mix of tattoo styles, but I’ve got a real soft spot for neo-classic, black and grey, and Japanese-inspired tattoos. Whether you’re after something bold and punchy or fine-lined and detailed, I focus on clean lines, strong composition, and creating a piece that feels right for you.
